Revision rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Paulo Andrés Escobar, facial plastic surgeon. The patient underwent septorhinoplasty for functional reasons elsewhere and was displeased of the poor aesthetic results obtained (mainly caused by an alteration of her nasal tip support). Dr. Escobar improved the position of the nasal tip and its structural support using auricular cartilage grafts. The results were very natural and adapted to the patient's facial proportions
