Patient operated revisional rhinoplasty or nose surgery in Bogota, Colombia by Dr. Escobar Facial Plastic Surgeon.

The patient was operated by another surgeon on 4 occasions without getting a good result. During surgery planning a detailed study of facial measurements of the patient for maximum accuracy during the procedure it was performed.

In this revision rhinoplasty, performed by closed approach. auricular cartilage graft was used to reconstruct the nose of the patient. In particular the structure of the nasal tip was reinforced improving its appearance in terms of symmetry and naturalness.

In the images before and after the event marked improvement where the correction profile stands in the position and shape of the nasal tip is observed. In the front view of the asymmetry of the nostrils and nose alignment it was improved.
